The Partner Portal is where your organization follows the accounts and opportunities linked to your partnership, reaches Accelevate support, and manages its own team's portal logins — a private view scoped entirely to your partnership with Accelevate. You only ever see the accounts linked to your organization, and nothing you see here is shared with any other partner or account.
The portal works the same way regardless of the kind of partnership your organization has with Accelevate.
Login screen
Your session lasts 8 hours. After it expires, the login screen reappears automatically and you can simply sign back in.

Account menu — opened by clicking your name at the bottom of the navigation
Click your name at the bottom of the left navigation to open your account menu, then choose Change password. Enter your current password, then your new password twice, and click Change Password. The new password must be at least 8 characters and different from your current one. You stay signed in; use the new password next time.

The new-version banner at the top of the page
If a new version of the portal is released while you have it open, a banner appears at the top of the page. Click Reload when you're ready, or × to dismiss it for now. The page never reloads on its own, so finish anything you're typing first.
This is the page you land on after signing in. The header greets you by name and shows your organization. The dashboard summarizes where the opportunities linked to your organization sit in Accelevate's sales process. The pages are read-only: Accelevate moves an opportunity from one phase to the next.
Pipeline — your opportunities by phase, outcomes, and recent movement
The left navigation starts with Pipeline, followed by an Accounts group (Accounts and Opportunities), a Support group (Tickets and, for Partner Admins, Team), and Ecosystem (Partner Hub, the demo library and this guide).
| Phase | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Qualified - MQL | A new opportunity that has shown interest |
| Qualified - SQL | Qualified by Accelevate as a real sales opportunity |
| Discovery + Demo | Needs are being discussed and the product demonstrated |
| Pilot | The customer is trying the product |
| Negotiation | Terms and pricing are being agreed |
| Closed - Won | The opportunity became a customer account |
| Closed - Lost | The opportunity did not go ahead |
Click Accounts in the left navigation to see every account linked to your organization. Opportunities that haven't become customers yet are included and carry an Opportunity badge.
Accounts — every account and opportunity linked to your organization
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Name | The account's name, with an Opportunity badge if it isn't a customer yet |
| Location | City, state and country |
| Licenses | The MobilityConnect license types the account has (MC, MC-DC) |
| Subscription | Standard or Pilot |
| Account Manager | The Accelevate person looking after the account |
| Contract End | When the current contract ends (amber within 60 days, red once it has passed) |
Use the search box to find an account by name, and the filter next to it to show All, only Accounts, or only Opportunities. Click Refresh to reload the list.
Click Opportunities in the left navigation to see only the accounts that are still in the sales process.
Opportunities — phase, days in phase, and tier
Filter by tier or by phase. Open phases shows everything not yet won or lost. An opportunity that is won becomes a customer account and moves off this page; you'll still find it under Accounts.
Click Partner Hub under Ecosystem in the left navigation. It's your library of sales material for Accelevate's MobilityConnect platform.
Partner Hub — the product video, headline, and chapter clips
Anyone on your team's portal can submit and view support tickets here — it's a shared, organization-wide view, so a ticket your teammate submits is visible to you too, and vice versa.
Tickets — every ticket submitted by your team
Click + New Ticket, choose a category (Billing / Technical / Devices / Other) and priority, add a subject and description, and submit.
New Ticket — subject, category, priority, and description
Submitting your ticket notifies Accelevate right away. There's no reply thread inside the portal — Accelevate staff work the ticket and mark it resolved from their side, and the status shown here updates automatically. If you need to add more detail after submitting, your Accelevate contact is the fastest way to reach the right person, or open a follow-up ticket.
If your login has the Partner Admin role, you can manage every portal login for your own organization here — adding teammates, resetting a locked-out password, or deactivating someone who's left. A Partner User login has access to everything above, but not this page.
Team — manage portal logins for your organization
| Action | What It Does |
|---|---|
| + Add Team Member | Create another portal login (Partner Admin or Partner User) for your organization |
| Edit | Update a teammate's name or email address |
| Reset PW | Set a new password for a teammate who's locked out |
| Deactivate / Activate | Toggle a teammate's access; a deactivated login cannot sign in |
