1. Welcome

The Account Portal is where your team manages its Accelevate SPARQ licenses, checks on devices and orders, and reaches Accelevate support — a private view scoped entirely to your own account. Nothing you see here is shared with any other account.

The link expires after 30 minutes and can be used only once. If it has expired, click Send a new link. No email? Check your spam folder, and make sure you used the address your login was created with. A Account Admin on your team can also reset your password from the Team page.

Changing Your Password

Click your name at the bottom of the left navigation to open your account menu, then choose Change password. Enter your current password, then your new password twice, and click Change Password. The new password must be at least 8 characters and different from your current one. You stay signed in; use the new password next time.

The password in your welcome email is temporary — change it to your own after you first sign in. The same menu has Sign out.

When a New Version Is Available

If a new version of the portal is released while you have it open, a banner appears at the top of the page. Click Reload when you're ready, or × to dismiss it for now. The page never reloads on its own, so finish anything you're typing first.

3. My Account

This is the page you land on after signing in. It's a read-only summary of your account: name, subscription tier, address, primary contact, contract end date, and your current license usage — how many MC and MC-DC licenses you've purchased versus how many are currently assigned.

Requesting More Licenses

Click Request More Licenses to ask for additional MC or MC-DC licenses. Fill in the license type, quantity, an optional desired start date, and any notes, then submit.

Submitting sends your request directly to your account manager. There's no automatic approval step — think of it as a message that starts the conversation, not an instant change to your license count.

4. Devices

A list of every device currently on file for your account — serial number, device type, and which order it shipped with.

5. Orders

A simple, read-only list of your account's orders and their current status. There's no drill-down or editing here — if you have a question about a specific order, your account manager is the best point of contact, or you can open a support ticket.

6. Support Tickets

Anyone on your team's portal can submit and view support tickets here — it's a shared, company-wide view, so a ticket your teammate submits is visible to you too, and vice versa.

Click + New Ticket, choose a category (Billing / Technical / Devices / Other) and priority, add a subject and description, and submit.

Submitting your ticket notifies your account manager right away. There's no reply thread inside the portal — Accelevate staff work the ticket and mark it resolved from their side, and the status shown here updates automatically. If you need to add more detail after submitting, your account manager is the fastest way to reach the right person, or open a follow-up ticket.

7. Team (Account Admins)

If your login has the Account Admin role, you can manage every portal login for your own account here — adding teammates, resetting a locked-out password, or deactivating someone who's left. An Account User login has access to everything above, but not this page.
